Ricky was wonderful. We came in just to let my three year old look at puppies while running errands. They set us up with a little puppy play time with an adorable 18 week old corgi puppy. What started as just a chance for puppy play turned into a new family member. The process was super simple and the new puppy kit was great to get us started since we haven’t had a dog in a few years.

This was the 1st time I ever got a dog from a pet store and I was hesitant bc of stories I've heard not about here just in general. Laura and Bri made this experience top notch. I was indecisive and nervous and they were so accommodating and patient they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and went above and beyond to explain each step. As I was looking at the puppies I noticed one had peed and IMMEDIATELY the gentleman working in the back cleaned it up literally instantly. All those dogs are so well taken care of. Don't fall into the thought of a pet store are not where you go to get a dog bc at Petland Robinson EVERY animal is well taken care of and all the dogs were high quality it was evident just looking at them. I highly recommend to come here for your adoption or pet supply needs, especially bc in the search for a puppy I had ran into so many puppy mill breeders which is so cruel. I liked that they didnt just let you walk out with a dog we went over written info and even had to watch a video. The store was clean, the staff friendly and informative and all the staff we met were avid animal lovers putting the animals 1st!!!! Thank you so much Laura and Bri and the rest of the staff you made this a special experience. My puppy Enzo is so loving and healthy thanks for uniting us!!!

Ricky was very good at their job. They were polite, patient, friendly, informative, and caring. Ricky did not pressure us at all into purchasing anything that we didn’t feel we needed, but many options were offered. We came home with the cutest, sweetest, and sassiest little Boston Terrier. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pet Land in Robinson Twp, PA. Highly recommend Ricky! P.S. We named her Daisy Mae!

Thank you Petland Robinson and Sierra for helping us out. With our new Peke a poo puppy. He is so adorable. Here I know we just got Finn like two nights ago but wanted to show you how he is fitting in with the family!!!Thank you for making our fur family happy.. The two cats haven't tried yet but they are older but the younger two are starting to warm up. I want to also thank the whole staff for being very helpful and super helpful and friendly. I recommend 💯%!!!!! The paper work and everything was easy and if you have questions they do answer you. I am glad to meet the staff and being Finn home we all love him.
